Allied Arts Fund Announces Request for Grant Applications
Funding agency offers grants to local non-profit arts projects

Rapid City- The Allied Arts Fund is pleased to announce that it is taking applications for the grants administered by the organization.  Grants currently available include those from the Stanford Adelstein Family Advised Fund and the Pailing Family.

Applications may be requested by contacting the Allied Arts Fund business office at 605-394-4106 or alliedarts@rushmore.com.  Applications must be made by a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization for an arts event, activity, or project.  Preference is given to one-time-only projects, and particularly to those benefiting children and under served populations. Grants may not exceed $1,000 for the Adelstein and $500 with budgets under $5000 for the Pailing Family. Deadline for applications is 60 days prior to individual project end date.

Allied Arts Fund primarily provides financial operating and promotional support to eleven Rapid City-area member arts organizations.  Member agencies include A Cappella Showcase, Bells of the Hills, Black Hills Chamber Music Society, Black Hills Community Theatre, Black Hills Dance Theatre, Black Hills Playhouse, Black Hills Symphony Orchestra, Dakota Artists Guild, Dakota Choral Union, Rapid City Arts Council, and Rapid City Concert Association.  However, the organization also funds other grassroots, non-profit community arts projects through administration of grants.

Allied Arts Fund Drive is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
